4RWI, Inc announces that the following INTERNSHIPS are available for: Position #001: The Dawn James-Williams Race 4 Real Survivors Associates Openings: 3 Internship period: March to August, 2012 Duties: Assist in the organization, planning, advertising, setting up of a major fundraising race event, other duties as assigned Required skills: like sports events, enthusiastic, be able to meet deadlines, work in a team and follow instructions Supervisor: Arlene Callwood Position #005: Magazine and Internet Radio Advertising Agents – Openings: 2 Internship period: March to August, 2012 Duties: secure and contact potential advertisers for magazine and 4RWI Internet radio show The International Power Call, agents will sit on the Magazine Advertising Team with Brenda Jones and Charmaine Baker Supervisor: Brenda Jones Position #010: Assistants for Magazine Distribution – Openings: 2 Internship period: March to August, 2012 Duties: Keep in contact and follow-up with all national and international current and potential magazine distributors via phone and or email; recruit distributors for the magazine; create a working database of all distributors; increasing sales of magazine via distributors; be able to work with magazine distribution team of N. Blackman-Richards and Angela Fletcher Required skills: Be a people’s person, enthusiastic, posses excellent communication skills and good writing skills Supervisor: N. Blackman-Richards Position #013: 4RWI, Inc. Online Communities Developer Internship period: March to August, 2012 Openings: 1 Duties: Enlist people for the following (3) three 4RWI,Inc. communities: (1) Listeners for our weekly Internet Radio Show, (The IPC) The International Power Call (2) Followers on our facebook page “The 4 Real Women Global Network” (3) Subscribers to our online mailing list at the 4RWI web site and our Pininterest account; come up with creative strategies to recruit and drive people to enlist in each of these communities Required skills: Send out weekly emails, social network posts, make personal contacts, and make phone calls inviting people to enlist to the communities; be a people’s person; posses excellent communication skills and good writing skills; be able to chart and report progress to supervisor on a weekly basis; be able to set a goal and work hard towards achieving it; be Internet and social networking savvy Supervisor: N. Blackman-Richards Position #009: The International Power Call (The IPC) Internet Radio Show Assistant Moderator Opening: 1 Internship period: February to April, 2012 Duties: Be on every show (Sundays 6:30 to 7:00 PM) and work with weekly moderator; be ready to read commercials; be ready to assist hostess in any way necessary Required Skills: Good clear voice; must be willing to prepare for show by reading weekly chapters of designated book; must be knowledgeable of topics and be ready to share opinions live on the air Supervisors: Brenda Jones and The IPC Weekly Moderators What an internship with 4RWI, Inc. can do for you? o I It looks great on your resume and or college applications (graduate and undergraduate); o I It can open the door for future paid internships; o You will be able to use 4RWI, Inc., an established non-profit organization, as reference for any professional or academic application; o Based on your performance we will be more than happy to write you a stellar letter of recommendation; o Your name will also appear in our magazine and on our web site for all the world to see; o You will gain much needed administrative and leadership experience. Two very important elements for any woman that wants to succeed in the 21st century. All 4RWI, Inc positions require the following: a 3-5 hour weekly commitment, punctual attendance to meetings at least once a month (most via teleconference), ability the use of the Internet effectively, ability to communicate clearly via e-mail and follow directives via e-mail, good letter writing and people skills, ability to be a team player and follow directives. Most work is done virtually: online or via telephone.

How it works: Your commitment as a magazine distributor must be for no less than a full year, which covers 3-4 magazine printings. You tell us how many magazines you would like to sell anywhere from 5 - 120. We will mail the magazines to you at no cost to you. Once you tell us your requested quantity we will send an invoice to your 4RWI e-mail account. You will then have 2 months (3 months for international distributors) to sell the magazine at $5.00 US each copy (International prices may vary). You will, then send us the sum of the money you have collected via check, credit/debit card, or using an international money transfer agency such as: xoom.com Note: 4RWI Inc. will not accept returns of magazines. You are responsible for the sales of all the copies you order. To be eligible for the advertising discount the total sum of the sale of your magazines order must be sent to us before we can secure your advertising space. Ready to become a magazine distributor?
