Norka Blackman-Richards, is the Founder and CEO of 4RWI,Inc., the chief editor of Empowerment 4 Real Women, and the founder of The Leadership Academy 4 Real Women: Lead! Norka currently resides in Queens, New York. With has vast experience as an international speaker, she is a polyglot and relates well in diverse cultural settings delivering her presentations in English or Spanish. A college educator and writer, Norka considers herself an engaged social observer. Her dynamic presentations are created for the 21st Century mindset.

Randee Krumwiede, is a founding member of the 4RWI, Inc. Empowerment Team. A certified life coach and Compass representative, Randee is the founder and president of Pink Collar Club a vibrant Christian lifestyle coaching coaching. As a representative of Compass, yearly Randee coaches hundreds of women helping them to seek and find personal purpose and to live their best lives. Her presentations provide listeners with the necessary tools to set themselves on a path to purpose. She currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri.

Arlene J. Callwood, is a member of the 4RWI, Inc. Empowerment Team. As a math teacher in New York's Public School system, Arlene has a special gift for simplifying complex life issues for pre-teens and teenagers. As the mother of two boys she also knows fully well how to successfully navigate the challenges of single parenting. Arlene currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Dinorah Blackman-Williams, is a member of the 4RWI, Empowerment Team. An educator, writer and psychologist, Dinorah is also a licensed therapist. She has her private practice in Panama, where she offers individual, couples and group counseling. Her presentations allow listeners to understand the power of their minds to change their relationships and their lives forever. She can deliver presentations in English or Spanish. Dinorah currently resides in La Chorrera, Panama.

Brenda C. Jones, is the Corporate and Foundations Executive of 4RWI and the assistant editor of Empowerment 4 Real Women. Having worked in print, television and online media for more than two decades Brenda has vast experience in corporate settings and workplace dynamics. Her presentations allow listeners to re-think and re-package their strongest assets in order to achieve personal goals. She currently resides in Queens, New York.
