The 4RWI Empowerment Team is comprised of a group of experienced and professional facilitators. Yearly, they fulfill requirements for certification by training in coaching, facilitation, counseling and emotional crisis intervention. Our Empowerment Facilitators have received hours of required training in areas such as: "Elements of Counseling Women", "Understanding and Supporting Victims of Sexual Abuse", "Helping Clients to Reframe Reality"," Becoming a Mid-wife in Counseling", "Understanding the Living Human Document", and more.

Our Team of Empowerment Facilitators are a very important structural component of the 4RWI, Inc brand and franchise. 4RWI, Inc. Empowerment Facilitators lead signature workshops and group interventions in all 4RWI hosted events and program, including international conferences and the annual Leadership Academy 4 Women: LEAD!

Zaida Barr (Imperial Valley, CA)

A founding member of 4RWI, Inc., Zaida has been a member of the Empowerment Team since its inception in 2007. She recently became a member of its Global Community 4 Change (GC4C). She is also a magazine distributor for the organization's premier publication: Empowerment 4 Real Women, in California.  Zaida has participated in 4RWI, Inc international conferences as a facilitator for workshops on: "Women’s physiology: from puberty to Menopause", and “How to Help Women Understand their Real Value” ("Como ayudar a las mujeres a entender su valor real") in both English and Spanish.

For over twenty years, Zaida has taught Biology at both the high school and college levels and has chaired Science departments at several academic institutions. She has been featured in the renowned: Who’s Who in America’s Teachers, has been the recipient of the Fullbright Scholarship, and recently became a member of the Cambridge Who’s Who. She is currently working on her dissertation for her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. Zaida is also passionate about health and healthy living. She currently resides in Imperial, California.

Dinorah Blackman-Williams (La Chorrera, Panama)

A high school teacher and a licensed therapist who enjoys empowering women and teenagers, Dinorah has her private practice in Panama, where she counsels couples, women, groups and children. She is passionate about leading women to live lives of abundance and peace. Dinorah has written and published many articles, devotionals and blogs on a variety of topics, as well as two books: “Between Lullabies and Diapers: The Making of a Mommy”  and “Light the Candle: 30 Lessons in Practical Christianity”.  Dinorah lives in La Chorrera, Panama with her husband Dr Cornelly Williams and daughter.

Arlene J. Callwood (Brooklyn, NY)

As a middle school teacher, Arlene is intimately familiar with the diverse challenges facing today’s youth.  Their need for purpose, guidance and direction, has activated her desire and commitment in developing programs that will empower youth for excellence and success.

Her work with youth has also alerted her to the necessary and unique skills needed by parents to raise children successfully in the 21^st Century.  This has served to fuel her desire to develop programs that train parents in how to develop and implement a mission statement for their family as well as how to communicate and build effective relationships with their children.

Arlene has created and facilitated several wokshops and interventions with the Empowerment Team. She is passionate about helping others identify and maximize the seeds of greatness that lie within them.  She believes that a person’s life is not defined by the difficulties they encounter but how a person responds in their times of difficulties. Arlene is also a 4RWI Empowerment Speaker who presents power-packed and thought-provoking presentations. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY with her two pre-teen sons.

Esther Cross, RN., BSN (Brentwood, NY)

A founding member of 4RWI,Inc, Esther has been a member of the empowerment team since it's inception. She is the team's official nurse for all international travel. Her experience includes mentoring, peer-counseling, and facilitating health workshops and seminars.

Esther’s nursing career includes hospital nursing in cardiac, neurologic, medical surgical, IV, and wound care experiences to name a few. These experiences have provided a strong foundation for her true love of homecare nursing.  She is the mother of five children, four girls and one son, and is married to Trevor Cross, her husband of 21 years. Esther has a love for working with young people and community service. She is committed to helping women to become empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Esther resides in Brentwood, NY.

A certified life coach and founding member of the 4RWI Empowerment Team, she is also 4 Real Women International, Inc. Compass sponsor and representative. A former dancer and performer Randee goes about life with passion and commitment. The founder and president of The Pink Collar Club she is committed to helping women find their true purpose and has developed the signature online program Path to Purpose. Shaunda Roberson (Brooklyn, NY)

As a member of the 4RWI, Inc. Empowerment Team,  Shaunda enjoys working with young women, in particular empowering them to make right choices that will place them on higher levels of achievement.

Shaunda has worked for many years in the social work field as a case manager  in New York City on cases of child abuse, abandonment and neglect.  She knows how important it is for parents to become accountable for good parenting and has facilitated non-traditional groups teaching parents how to nurture themselves as well as providing them a safe place for healing. This helps to ensure the safety and permanency of the children in their care.

As the Tips Columnist for Empowerment 4 Real Women magazine, Shaunda is dedicated to giving voice to women and girls around the world from a holistic persective, advocating  justice for all, working with diverse populations, with the goal of receiving and leaving  a meaningful impact on the world.  Shaunda lives in Brooklyn, NY.
