As part of 4 Real Women International's commitment to mentor and develop the next generation of women leaders, we have provided an opportunity for Leadership Academy graduates to apply for a 7-months LEAD! Internship. LEAD! Interns will assist alongside members of the 4RWI, Inc. Board of Executive Directors in the organizing, planning and leading of the myriad of activities and initiatives that are part of this international franchise.

While priority may be given to LEAD! Graduates when appying for Leadership Internships, non-LEAD graduates can and are certainly encouraged to apply for positions and will be guaranteed the same benefits.
